About us.
Balgownie Early Learning Centre is an architecturally designed and privately owned children's service which caters for 49 children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
Ownership and management of the service is the responsibility of Merran Toth and Rebecca Moran, the Approved Providers. They both work directly with the children and families, and lead a team of enthusiastic, passionate and committed early childhood educators to deliver a high quality educational program at the centre.
